Welcome to Texas Cleaning Crew (“we,” “our,” “us”). By booking a cleaning service with us or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

  • We provide residential cleaning services, including standard cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and other services listed on our website.

  • Services must be booked through our online booking portal. Bookings made by phone, email, or social media will not be accepted.

2. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers may contact us by phone or email with questions prior to booking, but all reservations must be completed through the online system.

  • Customers must provide accurate information when booking (address, contact details, service requests).

  • Customers are responsible for providing safe access to the property during the scheduled service time.

  • All pets must be securely put away during cleaning appointments to ensure the safety of both the pets and the cleaning staff.

  • Customers are encouraged to secure valuables and fragile items prior to the cleaning appointment.

  • Customers can communicate directly with their assigned cleaning crew and with the Texas Cleaning Crew management team through the online portal (via web browser or mobile app).

3. Payment & Cancellations

  • Payment is processed securely through the online booking portal at the time of booking.

  • Cancellations must be made directly through the portal at least 48 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total cleaning cost.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

  • If you are not satisfied with your cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours. We will make reasonable efforts to address and resolve the issue promptly.

5. Limitation of Liability & Insurance

  • While we take great care in providing services, accidents may occur. In such cases, Texas Cleaning Crew’s liability is limited to the direct cost of the specific cleaning service provided. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, lost opportunities, sentimental value, or damage to items beyond the immediate scope of the service.

  • Texas Cleaning Crew and its independent contractor cleaners carry janitorial liability insurance. In the event of accidental property damage, claims may be filed under this coverage, subject to the terms, conditions, and limits of the policy.

6. Privacy

  • Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you agree to the terms of that policy.

7. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be handled in courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
