Texas Cleaning Crew is a premium residential cleaning service serving homes, townhomes, and apartments across Dallas–Fort Worth. Our cleaners are background-checked, well compensated, and supported with the tools and technology needed to succeed. This is an Independent Contractor (1099) position. We will provide guidance on how to make the most of this setup, including allowable tax deductions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a small team of cleaners on each job site or multiple job sites

  • Ensure cleaning is performed to company standards and completed on schedule

  • Communicate directly with customers in basic English

  • Provide training, feedback, and support to team members

  • Communicate promptly with clients and management through our scheduling system

  • Serve as the primary point of contact during cleanings

Requirements

  • Prior professional cleaning experience required

  • Prior experience leading or managing cleaners required

  • Must be able to speak basic English to communicate with customers

  • Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy

  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including:

    • Lifting and moving up to 20–50 pounds

    • Standing, bending, kneeling, reaching

    • Using step stools/ladders for high areas

  • Access to reliable transportation

  • Must pass a background check

  • Authorization to work in the U.S.

  • Uniform requirement: must purchase company tops (T-shirts, hoodie, jacket). Wear with dark jeans or khakis.

  • Willingness to work as an Independent Contractor (1099)
